The best is to motivate your self.asking others Will probably be hard.feel good afterexercises is great

Ask yourself why do you need to exercise? Badly overweight? Health issues ? Bad self confidence? Other?

Now picture your problem in a years time if you don't get off your ass and do something now.
If it bothers you enough it will motivate you.

Lack of motivation should never be a problem if you want something bad enough.

Write down your reasons for wanting to exercise.  Ie:  lose weight, energy, health, etc. make it truly personal.  Track how you feel after you've completed a workout.  Then always refer back to your note...
