Handle with hunger ?!

Hey :D !
Im just new here and i really wanna lost weight and be fit..as you all
But there are lots of time that i feel so starve after exercise or even in free time. ( actually, when i going on diet i also do a Low-Carb diet program thou )
So, i wanna know about how do you handle when you are so hungry , what food do you prefer to have in that time ?
P.S. you can PM me if you wanna know about Low-Carb diet cuz it was my term project last month so i think im good enough to recommend you about low-carb diet :D !

Little fruits and some water. And make sure you're actually hungry and not just bored :D I've noticed many people eats when they get bored (including me).
