Got good workouts if you like heavy weight/ crossfit

I developed a workout plan while in Afghanistan. Has a crossfit pace, but focuses muscle groups throughout the week. Gained 15 lbs of lean muscle in 10months. Let me know if your down and I'll send you the workout plan. Just takes consistency and lots of protein

I'm in! Just tell me what to do. After being a gym junky for years i found myself unable to go while in nursing school, working full time and being a full time foster mom. I just started back up but its been really hard to get motivated after being out for a year.

A couple of the workouts are designed for toning, just go a lighter weight and the results will be more to your satisfaction

First workout, weight is pretty heavy. I recommend that you cut the weight in half

Week of workouts, I recommend that you take more than 1 rest day. The weight and pace will make you sore: so protein up at least twice a day, get a good multi vitamin, and get lots of sleep. You will get so shredded your body will look like it wants to kill you!

Taylor: a great weight loss/ toning exercise is a circuit called sparticus. Basically you pick a muscle group you'd like to "tone". Pick 10 exercises involving like muscle groups. You do an exercise for 40sec and rest for 20sec. Once you finish all 10, take a 2 min break and repeat. You do 3 rounds and youll be good!
