Hey all I'm new to the forum. I started the year out strong but now I find myself slacking. Luckily, I found this cool place to hopefully make friends and stay motivated!
I've lost about twenty lbs but now it's time to get a little bit more muscle.

OK, I think I'll have to rephrase my last post.
To ALL the new members, welcome to the Skimble family.
If you don't, as yet, have the Skimble app on your mobile phone, I strongly suggest you get it as it is
a great soutce for motivation.
On the days you don't really feel up tp it, get some much needed motivation from fellow Skimble members.
There is alwsys someone there to pick you up.
Here are my 2 bits of advice for everyone looking at getting into shape or trying to stay in shape!
1. Remember - In order to change on the outside, you first need to change on the inside! - You mneed to get
focused, set your mind in the right direction and make a commitment to yourself to not give up.
2. My favorite saying - A day without training is a day wasted!
