Always up all night.

Hi, kinda new here. I work a 5pm-5am job but on my days off i am always up til 8 am or even later.then back up at 3 or 5 pm. Need some tips please. I even do exercise to tire my body out.

Exercising before going to bed may just be the problem. If you work out intensely before going to bed, your mind and body will think it needs to continue working instead of getting tired. You could do some relaxing yoga/stretch exercises though. Another thing that causes restlessness is eating too much before going to bed. You can have a light snack, but watch what you eat and how much you eat. For me personally reading helps. Especially if I have a nice cup of lemon balm (Melissa) tea. Hope this helps!

Thanks will try the yoga. Cant do reading, i end up getting into it and be reading for hours. Lol.
