How many of you have actually seen results only from this app? Have you lost weight or gain any muscles? How much and for how long have you been workout?

Well the app helps but you gotta eat right too.

Yes, like Whitney said. It's good to workout and do this app but you also have to eat right.

I noticed that my friends can see the results. I've been complimented recently on my toned  stomach and my butt. Many of my friends asked me what exercises I do to achieve this and I recommended them this app. My goal is to gain muscle and tone. I have used this app for a month now. So far, the results have been looking great and I am happy. I am very skinny with a high metabolism and I was quite surprised these exercises helped me gain weight. :)
