I'm new here. Looking for active members to follow.
Looking for people to follow to get inspiration and to keep me motivated. Also I'm new here. Weighing in at 222 lbs, started at 240 lbs, with a goal of 180 lbs. I am using intermittent fasting. I work out 3 to 5 times a week. I do at least two to three miles each day and strength training. I work in IT so being active has become my goal.
