Hi, so im a newbie here and I just started working out yesterday. I did a 6 minute workout thinking it would be good for starters, but I woke up this morning completely sore! Im determined to keep working out, but is it okay to do it while sore?
Of course! I like to do yoga and cardio when I'm sore, and the same activities I did the day before using less weight and reps. The more you move the less sore you will be.

If your sore then rest. Work another area of the body out for that day. Your body needs to be given time to heal.
I usually stretch on my rest days with yoga or such. This helps loosen muscles up and means i am less sore the next day due to Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
Strap ur wrist up really tight, try either lifting lighter weights that dont flex wrist or do legs n CV
Being sore is your body telling to you to CHILL THE F#+ :-) OUT.
And do what Alan mention, work out an other part of your body. Sore from your arms? Workout your legs.
A lil but if u start hurting bad my advice is kind of stop and just lay around for a bit it will helpyay
