The burpee is the ultimate full body exercise. With each repetition you'll work your chest, arms, front deltoids, thighs, abs and hamstrings. It is also one of the best exercises to burn fat, increase endurance and aid conditioning.

**** STARTING ON THE 1st JUNE YOU WILL COMPLETE 10 BURPEES ( you choose the difficuthat of the burpee w you want to complete )... EACH DAY THE NUMBER OF BURPEES YOU COMPLETE WILL INCREASE BY 5 (i.e. 15 on the 2nd, 20 on the 3rd)... EVERY FRIDAY IS A REST DAY. USE IT !!!!!!

BY THE 30th JUNE YOU WILL BE UP TO 135 BURPEES AND WILL HAVE COMPLETED 1885 OVER THE 30 DAYS..

ONE RULE -THE BURPEES MUST BE PERFORMED EXPLOSIVELY TO GET THE CARDIO BENEFITS

Hi Scotty,bro you have to do them on one set, or can you do them in dribs and deans throughout the day?. Likebits gonna be serious by mid to LTE June, doing that many?.

Haha I might not be thanking you tomorrow :) Btw is there a place under workouts where we can log these in? I'm also doing the 70 jumping jack challenge and would like them to show up on my workouts.

If you type in skimble in the app or play store on phone it brings up another app that logs gym runs etc
