The burpee is the ultimate full body exercise. With each repetition you'll work your chest, arms, front deltoids, thighs, abs and hamstrings. It is also one of the best exercises to burn fat, increase endurance and aid conditioning.
**** STARTING ON THE 1st JUNE YOU WILL COMPLETE 10 BURPEES ( you choose the difficuthat of the burpee w you want to complete )... EACH DAY THE NUMBER OF BURPEES YOU COMPLETE WILL INCREASE BY 5 (i.e. 15 on the 2nd, 20 on the 3rd)... EVERY FRIDAY IS A REST DAY. USE IT !!!!!!
BY THE 30th JUNE YOU WILL BE UP TO 135 BURPEES AND WILL HAVE COMPLETED 1885 OVER THE 30 DAYS..
