Basically joined an hour ago, any workouts which would be good for losing weight, getting a flat stomach ?

U might try some of the full body workouts there great for burn fat and there r plenty of ab workouts some easier then others dependin on ur level of fitness good luck and I wish u much success

Try losse the muffin top, it works your abs, there's a lot of ab workouts.

Cardio is the best way to get a flat stomach , stick to a good diet and do cardio for 30 minutes everyday for a month i guarntee you a flat stomach.😊

Thank you :-) I like the workout abs attack so probably stick with that. But now for full body exercise / cardio. :)

Something I found out is that u can make ur own workouts to suit u and wat u want to do u might give it a try and c wat come up wit let me know and I'll try it out
