I need workouts for my Traps. Any ideas?

Have you thought of shrugs with dumbells or lateral pull downs or pull-ups. I'm sure there's more, but I'm no expert so that's all that comes to mind...

Also try them on the smith machine in addition to dunmbels or the normal barbell shrug because you can add good weight and engage it differently because of the angel of the smith machine.
