Not a exercise expert but I think its kind of pointless to work out before you sleep. Think about it like this, when you work out in the morning your body is in that state. Also you gain energy for the whole day ahead of you. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're wasting your time and energy. If the only time you have to work out is in the night before you go to sleep then by all means do so. Pointless is to harsh of a word, I'm going to replace it with slanted face character. lol.
But really, the point here is to get active. Good luck.
Im kinda new to this app aslo. I try to workout 30m in the morning before 8 go to work 4 days a week. I do the yoga for sleeping at night before bed. Sometimes i squueeze in a10- 15m routine in if i cn manage it. If night time is your only avaialble window to workout, then do it then. Some exercise is better than none.
