Hey there! I joined 2 years ago but never really used this app. I have now become a bit of a fitness addict and have made my return to try these workouts. So hello everyone! Let my trial begin!

I had this app on my last phone and I hardly used it. I have also became a fitness addict and try to do a different workout at least every few days, as well as some treadmill training. Good luck with your fitness goalsĀ
