I play ball. I run a lot and a lot of the High Intensity workouts on here. No more weights   For me

I agree, weights got me muscled and heavy, and i got injuries, more cardio and leg works are definitely the most important :)

I was never the BEST but I really want to improve my game for my high school team! I'm trying to run a 5k in half an hour without stopping to walk, reducing my eating, and tone my abs and legs before the end of summer. Wish me luck
