be more ripped body, ability to run long distance without getting tired and to be able to do push ups, sit ups and pull ups all day lol
To have a good muscular tone physique. Versatile in workouts. Become more flexible and have more endurance and strength.... oh and lose about 45 lbs.
I am looking to tone my body as well as lose the belly fat from my baby boy that I had last year ＆ is now a year old to show my exes what they will never have again.
