What's your fitness goal?

My fitness goal is to be able to do 5 pull-up by the end of the year. Also get those nice cut legs I want. I'm trying positive affirmations. So far it's working. : )

That's great! To be toned shoulder biceps triceps abs calf.To compete on a 5k run. I volunteer for Dress For Sucess and have a power walk/run Saturday. I really would like to run not walk.

To b back in a size four and to build muscle n my arms. I'm feeling great! Put on a pair of shorts I used to wear b4 my first child and they fit great!

I'm new at this as of today and my goal is to lose at least 20 lbs by the end if this year esp after having a baby last year. I need motivation!!! And good luck to you.

be more ripped body, ability to run long distance without getting tired and to be able to do push ups, sit ups and pull ups all day lol

To have great definition in my stomach area.  To get rid of any love handles and to have no back fat at all

To have a good muscular tone physique. Versatile in workouts. Become more flexible and have more endurance and strength.... oh and lose about 45 lbs.

I want to lose 68 lbs. by the end of the year. I also want to run. And eat and drink to keep it off lol ! Suggestions ?

2 have slightly defined abs by the beginning of school, have better stamina, more upper body strength bur most of all be entirely prepared 4 the sports teams this year
