I'm doing insanity then lifting weights with things app. Is that to much? Can i injure myself.?

It's a strong possibility. I was doing insanity, playing ball, and doing other cardio and I got injured. What are your goals?

Insanity alone should do that, I knw everybody is different but I cut up pretty good doing just insanity the first time
