How many of you actually have a workout routine where you work different target muscles, keep notes etc. Or do you just freestyle your workouts??
I freestyle but plan to get some routine and structure added overt the next few weeks
I kind of got a routine. But i change things up alot depending on what i feel like. But all the big movements are always the same. The isolations will be different from time to time.
Chest-incline and flat bench + flyes
Back- deadlift + pull ups + a big row
Leggs - squats
Kind of what is always in there.
