Well I haven't been on this app for a long time but I've started to notice that I am more aware and concerned about what I eat I bike to school now ou girl up that hill over the high way has got me sweating everyday I'm excited to see some results I've noticed my calves are getting bigger that's about it for me until I start some cardio in the summer but i was wondering what have you seen improvements on in when it comes to your body?! Share your results!

I've lost 75 lbs so far! My face, arms, and my stomach is where I see results the most :D i haven't reached my weight goal yet, but I'm proud for what I've already achieved so far :)

Well I have been on thus app for about 2 months and I am staring to loose weight and my arms are getting bigger that is all for me now

I wannna have 6packs ... And this app  have nice workouts ..
Now i can see abs on my stomach (lightly visible ) but need to try  hard
