Dose this sound good for my first week? Need some help

Day 1
-----------------------------
Stretch for 10-20 min
100 push-up
100 set-ups
100 squats
100 lunges
Run a minimum of 1 mile

Day 2
------------------------------
A good workout thing from here...and which would u prefer to. And run at least 1 mile.

Day 3
---------------------------
Swim laps for 30-45 min. Run at least 1mile

Day 4
-----------------------

Day 5
-----------------------------

Rest

Hey Shameena..
i think its a pretty good schadual..but im not sure what u mean by 1st week..is it ur 1st time ever to workout?? if so try reducing the numbers of ur first day cuz u'll be sore alot
but , if u havnt worked out in a while, i think its fine...just stretch well & hydrate..oh, & dont 4get to eat well..as well

I want to get in shape for sports like basketball soccer volleyball and maybe even track.

doing any kind of sport is a workoit by itself..its actually better!!
