Hey, just joined this app today and looks promising. I gained the weight I wanted, but now in looking to get toned. I don't want big muscles, just lookin to get toned. Any advice?

Do at least two workouts under ur category everyday and drink a protein shake after.

Thanks, I will def try that out. I have taken Protein shakes before and they really did give the extra boost.
