I've got a party this Saturday and I would love to be two pounds lighter by then. I am planning to lose another 10-15lbs after that.

anyone have any tips to lose the first 2 quickly? any recommended workouts?

Take a 2 hour fast walk then do two min squats then walk it off for a min rest fir five mins then walk back to ur home drink water shower down .wake up in the morning flex arond ur body fo three min push ups .jumping jacks roll ur arms back and forward for two mins twist ur body for fice mins rest drink water . Then do a hour fast pace walk then go home walk to ur shower

ain't nobody got time for that - but thanks anyway !! ill just stick with my diet and burpee challenge :)
