Although sometimes its tough to eat the necessary volume without supplements.
You want to eat alot of red meats than white meats. So more beef and pork than chicken and fish.
Make peanut butter smoothies or drink orange juice and eat eggs

just take whey protein its not bad for u alot of noobs are scared of protein csuse they assume anythng wt the name anabolic is directly connected wt steroids simply saying anabolic means muscle builder and catabolic means muscle breakdowns so optimum nutriton whey protein is cheap and its worth the money good luck buddy:)
Ur 2 young for protein eat steak which has natural creatine in it fish and chicken. Eat vegatables and fruits for good clean carbs and take multivitamins

Thx everyone I started wrestling for my hs and its intense so I need more thn just food to eat I want to build muscle I weigh 115 I bench 135 squat 250 easy but I just want more meat on me lol or muscle I guess ima just have to stick with definition
