I've been trying all these new recipes and am looking for a quick fix, soothe me of this sweet tooth and craving! Mmm, tell me your secrets:p

I constantly carry almonds around with me. I'll chuck them or LSA and banana in soy yoghurt (I'm vegan) sometimes for breakfast. I chuck them in my bag and if I can't have a proper meal in the afternoon I'll have a handful of almonds to tide me over :)

I take sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix and instead of milk I mix with water and fill an ice cube tray with the mixture. When half frozen, stick toothpicks in the middle and allow them to freeze another hour. Super easy and quick and nips sweet cravings in the butt.

I like cherries. Nice dark juicy ones...they are sweet to eat too.

Flapjack!
2 apples blitzed in food processor or blender
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
180g oats
2 teaspoons cinamon
Seeds and dried friut to taste

Melt honey and oil together,
Stir in apple, (or sub with banana for gooeyer flapjack)
Add all dry ingredients and mix well
Press into baking tin (20x20cm) and bake at 180°c for approx 20mins

Yummy and reasonably healthy, if you want to be naughty use banana and add dark choc drops instead of fruit = delicious!

my food sounds sometimes like snack
i like:
-an apple
-rice cake alone or with peanutbutter
-couple of dates
-cherries
-smoothies the sweet in them is from fruit only..or with mixing a protien powder..
-energy balls: peanutbutter-honey-oats-whey protienpowder is optional..mix, roll & refridgerat..u can top them with dark semi-sweet or unsweetned dark chocolat..ummm

Sweet tooth kills me also.  I have been making my own fruit nut dark chocolate mix.  Sometimes adding yogurt.  Is only thing working for now Lol

Fiber one has muffins that are really good, just add a scoop of protein to give it more of a kick.

-Bananas browned in a frying pan with some cinnamon and topped with plain Greek yogurt. 

-Mangos

-Apple sliced thinly with cinnamon and honey nuked in microwave for about 2min. Can also top it with granola, yumm.

-Almonds

-Plums

I only have one, but frozen grapes! As self explanatory as it may be...
1. Wash as many grapes as you want
2. Dry them off lightly (unless you want little icicles on them!)
3. Spread them out on a plastic plate to keep them from sticking together
4. After one hour in my freezer, they get pretty cold but still soft on the inside
5. After 2-3 hours, they become frozen 

I don't really know how severely people with sensitive teeth would respond to this, but give it a go! 
Don't feel guilty about having a lot; it's a good fruit, and most sources say one grape = two calories!

I like pineapple chunks. I let them in the fridge, they tastes great very cold!! The mind is powerful so i think of them as sweet and healthy! In extreme cases.that chocolate IS the answer try Fiber.One.

peanut butter sammich :) there are lots of different sandwich combinations but mines peanut butter and banana . I also eat cliff bars and power bars for my sweet fix. trail mix is yummy too!

Apple with peanut. Or even banana peanut butter. 
Another snack I love is my own but mix. (Cashews, peanuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds with craisins)

Yup! Make My own and buy organic nuts and unsalted so I can control the amount of salt

I dont have a healthy snack I just eat what I want in portions and I count my calories.it really doesn't matter because I run around the block ten times .i make sure I run three times a day.then I do a hour of ab exercises.
