I've been trying all these new recipes and am looking for a quick fix, soothe me of this sweet tooth and craving! Mmm, tell me your secrets:p
I like cherries. Nice dark juicy ones...they are sweet to eat too.
2 apples blitzed in food processor or blender
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons cinamon
Seeds and dried friut to taste
Melt honey and oil together,
Stir in apple, (or sub with banana for gooeyer flapjack)
Add all dry ingredients and mix well
Press into baking tin (20x20cm) and bake at 180°c for approx 20mins
Yummy and reasonably healthy, if you want to be naughty use banana and add dark choc drops instead of fruit = delicious!
my food sounds sometimes like snack
-rice cake alone or with peanutbutter
-couple of dates
-smoothies the sweet in them is from fruit only..or with mixing a protien powder..
-energy balls: peanutbutter-honey-oats-whey protienpowder is optional..mix, roll & refridgerat..u can top them with dark semi-sweet or unsweetned dark chocolat..ummm
Sweet tooth kills me also. I have been making my own fruit nut dark chocolate mix. Sometimes adding yogurt. Is only thing working for now Lol
I like pineapple chunks. I let them in the fridge, they tastes great very cold!! The mind is powerful so i think of them as sweet and healthy! In extreme cases.that chocolate IS the answer try Fiber.One.
Nutrigrain bars or grapes dipped in yogurt
Peanut butter and banana on rice cakes or rye toast
Also wholeweat tortilla with fat free/low fat cream/cottage cheese, with grated carrots and raisins
Healthy snack green apple, junk, chips, all of them
