Need help about supplement

Hi i just bought a serious mass 5.5 kg 1250 calories per seving and 50g of protein...so im making a 1liter of water and 2 soops of serious mass and 6 big soops of low fat milk...im drinking 1 cup on empty stomach and 2 after about 30 min of workout so...i ve been 2 days drinking and working out ..today im feeling lazy and i drunk 1 cup on empty stomach and i dnt feel i want to do workouts..and i feel my heart beats not stable specialy during sleeping is that normal?so what do u suggest me to do...is this supplement is healthy?tnx

I no sone1 using it. He mixes with just milk and makes only a serving at a time. Drinks half b4 work, half after workout and 1 full serving b4 bed. He works In landscaping and does intense workouts. Maybe ur not burning enough
