Hi im new to this and just wanting any helpful tips or workouts. I had a baby just over 5months ago and have been struggling ever since to get back ontop of my weight, infactbive been going downhill.
I just had a little one as well.... 7 wks pp at the moment. I gained 67 lbs during the pregnancy. I'm currently down 35 of those pounds and I'm trying to lose another 35 and hit my goal weight of 150lbs.
