I have been working out Alot, yet i still cant get rid of lower belly fat. Suggestions??
Focus on workouts that hit your entire core (lower back, abs, hips, butt). Work to burn the fat off of those are and build strength in them as well. What's great about it is you're overall posture will improve which will make your lower belly look thinner.
Having said that cardio is the best fat burner.
I love HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises because they give you the benefit of cardio and strength training in one workout. HIIT exercises force you to work hard in short, intense spurts giving you greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over.
