I am starting extreme hs2o4 power workout today. Who wants to join me.
It basically consists of starting with say 2 press up, 2 crunches and 2 pull ups on the 1st day.
Take a day of recovery.
Then cube (multiply by power of 3) that number of reps each consecutive day.
So day 2 u do 8 reps of everything
By day 3 you do 512 reps of push ups squats pull ups and crunches each.
Et cetera etc
This workout stimulates mind body and soul.
No calculators allowed to calculate reps.
