Who can suggest a healthy late night snack I'm tired of eating fast food

Eat something thats high in protein n has low carbs for eg. Chicken,beef,salmon,tuna boiled eggs or protein shake or if yu want to something light try an apple or dried fruits its great

I'm into body building so my late night snack is cottage cheese with scoop of choc whey protein and sliced cashew nuts... Really healthy.. Lots of protein.. Very filling

Cucumber with little bit of "chamoy" sauce. Very very filling and refreshing during summer!

I usually eat some chicken or yogurt. If really hungry cracker with a lil peanutbutter.

Cottage cheese or something with casein protein in it is the best. Slow digesting proteins fuel your muscles all night and keeps you from snacking
