I need help with eating healthy. I have been staying away fron like chips and junk food except a snack cake here and there.i eqt fruit ok its just veggies I have issues with.they have to be in something like soup and so on.i was gettin frozen like lean cuizen meals wnd healthy choice but I hear those arent going to do anything. So can abyone give me tips on whats good to eat and how I should be eating?I eat salad too but it has to be spinach with cheese and bancon bits with about 5-7 teaspoons of Italian dressing.
Oh my gosh. I love italian dressing. You go girl. Anyway,I don't know much on this subject,but I may be able to help. Just moderate what you eat. That's basically it.
