I try to gainsome more weight, im currently so skinny

Nothing but protein & good carbs. Lift heavy, cut back on cardio

Eat take away, chocolate eat bigger meals!! And always snack

EAT HEALTHY. Consume YOUR recommended amount of calories, make sure those calories are coming from the right food and not junk crap food that will further screw with your metabolism. Eat protein (if it runs, swims, or flys.. its good), eat fruit and veggies, etc. I'm sure you already know all of this already. If you want to gain weight from muscle then, yes, you should lift heavy

Unless you are wanting to gain fat... Then basically eat anything as often as you can and do absolutely no exercise. But who wants that?
