How many times a day do you eat, how far apart, and how big are your meals? I really need to change my eating habits lol
I eat 8 or more times daily. Three are normal sized and the rest are snacks. None are really unhealthy though.
I like to eat 6 times a day. Three are small meals and the other three are snacks. Example meals: A small tuna(or your favorite fish) filet and about half of a dinner plate of vegetables, a salad with grilled turkey, cranberries, walnuts, spinach, tomatoes, and anything you'd like in your salad, grilled chicken and brown rice, just be creative. I like to have proteins and vegetables at my meals and dairy, fruits and carbs at my snacks. So some snacks can be low-fat cheese, whole-grain crackers, any fruit, yogurt, just find what you like.
