Almost everything low fat and low calories ?

Iam searching for recipes because I would like to cook by myself.
Is it healthy to eat low fat and low calories ?
Sometimes I also will eat a muffins, bananas, bread and things like that.
How much low fat and low calories is healthy ?

Fat in food got a bad reputation cuz ppl just see the word fat and we are too simple to know the differences.... Eating fat doesn't equal more body fat.
Sure it has a lot of calories per gram and you shouldn't eat too much of it, but the fat free movement is probably the most widely accepted health misconception.
Fats are necessary for your health. Not hydrogenated or processed fats, but natural fats... Butter, not margarine, meat fats... There is a lot of info on good fats out there and the ratio your diet calories from fat, protein, and carbs should be.
