Can anyone pass me some good tasting simple healthy recipes. Maybe some easy prep food? ex. Rice, chicken, veggies...etc. Try to be as detailed as possible, I'm not exactly a great cook ;) Would really REALLY appreciated it. Thanks in advance :)

Weightloss detox drinks! 1 medium Daikon radish,3 stalks Celery ,1 cup Parsley ,1 cup Cilantro,1 large Cucumber,1 inch of tuber Ginger root, 1 inch of tuber Turmeric root,1/2 Lemon ,1 Apple..this recipe works best before meals! Also, try another delicious detox drink! Squeeze lemon juice, organic maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper into a 10 oz. glass of water. Sip on this drink all day for best results!
