This morning: 2 eggs, can of green chiles, jalapeno powder, garlic, cumin, low fat shredded cheese, wrapped in a tortilla. Heavenly.

After a week of good clean eating I spoiled myself with some banana pancakes yum

2/3~3/4 cup of:
Cucumber
Carrot
Kale
Spinach
Brown rice

1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 apple
1/2 kiwi
1 hardboiled egg
6 almonds

All blended in a smoothie :)

about 450 calories
16 grams protein

(its big, I drink about 2/3 and save the rest for later)
