Want to incorporate more variet in my diet, any suggestions for the best fat burning foods?

100% Pure Green tea, baked chicken breast, salmon, tuna, any type green vegetable, tomatoes, any type of nuts, whey/soy protein, extra virgin olive oil (quality flavorful brand) to use on salads,etc.

Learn about eatin' clean. Cut out the processed foods, added sugars, excessive salt, and unhealthy fats/oils. Focus on lean proteins with lotsa green veggies! Everybody's different but clean eatin' has been the best thing I've ever done.
