Try making clean veggie stir fry. It's amazing what seasoning can do.

Salsa is good. Fruits covered in a lil chocolate or with yogurt..

Eggs, beans, chickpeas, lentils, peas, cheese, fat free ham. Try to cook vegetables in a antiadhesive saucepan, u add 1 to 2 tbsp evo & spices. U can cook eggplants, zucchini, pumpkins... Try soups: pumpkin, potatoes, peas, zucchini, all kind of vegs. Try grilled veggies (grilled eggplants, grilled zucchini etc...). Caprese salad is good too: tomatoes+mozzarella cheese+evo+basil+oregano. Try to add pasta, cereals and Rice to ur diet. They ll keep U fuller.

U can also try italian balsamic vinegar to dress ur salads. I use to dress mine with balsamic vinegar, salt and extra Virgin olive oil. Some ppl here also add a little bit of parmesan cheese :)

Cous cous and taboulé are great too. Just google them.

Add brown rice, wild rice, wheat or veggie past in the mix. Like your body gets accustomed to a workout routine & you get sick of it, your taste buds do the same lol

Agreed with a previous reply, play with spices, don't forget about zest from oranges and lemons.

Hi Tania, Also try Turkey! Right now I'm trying a new diet plan with more protein. For breakfast, I've started making my own "Breakfast Burritos" instead of buying the ones @ McD's!!! I made 1 for my Co-Worker today & she LOVED IT!!! I'm using Ground Turkey breakfast sausage for the meat, Eggs, broccoli, chopped onions, mushrooms, jalapenos & cilantro 4 da veggies, a small amount of cheese & I use low fat Wheat tortilla wraps that are high in fiber & between 3-4g of protein. I'm full till lunch with this meal along with a 1/2 cup protein shake! Try switching ur meals up each week, may-B making 2 Diff. Meals a week & rotating them so u won't get bored!

Since you are allergic to fish you could always try pork. Another food you should try are grains ie. Quinoa, lentil and other veg like kale swiss chard. Try making some stews! And soups!

Egg whites. They're are only 17 calories each and have a good amount of protein. They're good as an omelette with ham or veggies! :)
