This is the proble... I am in ok shape not a pro athlete not a body builder or a fitness model and I feel comfortable who I am and try to look as good as possible and be healthy.
My thing is as a pro chef I read all about healthy meals that honestly sound absolutely disgusting (quinoa egg whites avocado and not fat butter) is card board on a plate. So why do people sacrifice the pleassure of a good tasting meal for a body thay may not last long?
I know!! I agree! I love being healthy and I loove food, food with lots of flavor. I cook healthy food but it tastes good too lol...I think the whole only egg whites thing is so retarded I eat the whole damn egg! Yumm it took me a few trys to make delicious quinoa I loove it with cury in it ♥
