So I'm working out the abs and I wonder what eggs are appropriate for breakfast or any other meals?
Boiled is healthy!? Scrambled has oil!?
What are your experiences with eggs?
For me,i like to eat 2 half-boiled eggs for post workout and it works great.. goodluck..
I use hard boiled egg whites. You get about half the protein as a full egg but in removing the yolk you remove virtually all the fat. I am not a "fat free"dieter, but i like to get my fat/protein calories in a slighter lesser ratio than eggs offer.
