Weight loss?

Hey :) so probably a stupid question, but are there any drinks that boost your metabolism or help you lose weight that AREN'T diet drinks or those weight loss shakes? I heard that drinking lemon juice in the morning burns belly fat, but it hasn't been working for me:/ I'm stuck at 119, and I'm having trouble getting to my goal of 115. I've cut out soda pop and junk food. Any suggestions?

No, lemon juice won't help. It may have certain other benefits but weight loss is probably not the major one. Your best bet is freshly brewed coffee for boosting ur metabolism. A fresh brew is preferred as it has more antioxidants that in a way reverse aging(if u wanna call it that)

Coffee?? Really?? I always thought coffee was bad for you lol. But okay, it's worth a shot! Thank you!

Good luck .  Just remember, no sweetener in your coffee. Prefer espresso
