I wanna lose weight so bad but then again I love food so bad....is there anything that I can eat when I'm depressed to not have me gain weight ???

Hey u can eat n then burn it doing zumba or any cardio.. It burns a lot of calories.. :)..

You definitely should sign up for zumba or get the dvd. I have the dvd set. You really work up a sweat and it's fun!

I downloaded the my fitness pal app and it told me how many calories I should eat per day, and then you can log what you eat. It's really great! If you workout you can eat almost anything but you could try budgeting your calories. As a comfort food instead of ice cream I eat fat free cool whip lol. Some ideas!

Celery is good. Crunchy and you burn more calories eating it than it gives you :) makes your mouth feel weird if you eat loads tho :P

You can eat watermelon , lettuce and celery.  They are 90% water so they are gr8
