So I want to know if there are any great tasting meals for someone like me
That are low calories
I'm 13, so I'm not a mom who cooks every day so I'm not too skilled, but maybe a few smoothie/ juicing recipes please c:

You can try making some protein shakes, I'm not talking about buying whey or any protein shake that muscle guys buy. If you look up online "protein shakes" you can find some recipes for some healthy protein shakes easily made in home without buying whey or a lot of ingredients. For cooking some simple chicken, meats and especially seafood are some healthy foods that you can make in home and simple.
