Hi everyone, tariq here. I'm looking to lose around 15 kg (currently weigh approx 80-85kg; around 5.5" height).
Anyways, to do this I've started eating healthy. My meals (b'fast, lunch, dinner) are quite OK, manage to keep the carbs down, calories low. It's tea time snacking that becomes a problem. Can you suggest some healthy snacks that i can rustle up at home? Please do not suggest exotic items and no meats, it's really not within my price range. :)
Avocados are a good, healthy fat that are also a great snack. I love to have them with just some garlic pepper sprinkled on. Cashews and almonds are also a quick protein snack. Just don't eat the whole container! Hummus and veggies are good too.
If you're feeling 'snacky,' drink a glass of water before you eat anything.
