Hello everyone! I was wondering, some of you could help me. I do these workouts, but I think I should pay attention to what to eat. I don't want to do diet, I just want to eat much healty meals. So how should I pay attention to the proteins, the fats etc.?
Yeh diet is the most important thing. It's pretty simple, most times you can look at a food and know whether it's healthy or not so always opt for the healthier version.
Look for things like...
+ Wholemeal foods like wholemeal bread and pasta.
+ Lots of fruit and vegetables fresh or frozen! Steaming is a good way to cook vegetables.
+ Wholegrain cereals and other wholegrain foods
+ Nuts, legumes and dried fruits and berries
+ Drink lots of water or low sugar juice rather than sodas etc. Try adding lemon or lime to water to add some flavour.
