I had a oat, banana, yogurt shake sprinkled with peanuts, cinnamon and ground spice, along with an egg salad sandwich without Mayo / salad dressing and with lettuce tomato and cucumber. Anymore suggestions for breakfast / lunch or even dinner . Or after workout meals

Lol there's even wankers on skimble. Lol its unavoidable. I was recommended by PT that starting the day off with a glass of water and an apple should increase energy and lose weight. I cheat a. little and add cashews, almonds and garcinia cambogia suppliments, because water and an apple is not filling.
