Leg day and sports programme coincide

Does anyone here play football or any other sports that need you to move fast, how do you manage your leg training with a regular sports routine? Any help would be appreciated :)

I did manage to play through the match but I wasn't as quick as I used to and that sucks.. yesterday was my legs/quads/glutes/calf workout
