Okay so, I have a very strict Vegan Diet which is also low in calories. I eat 1 small meal every 3 hours, 5 times a day. Thing is, is, I always feel hungry even after I'm done eating. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to kinda hold me off in between meals without making me feel starved??
You could add hot sauce or something spicy to your foods to increase how full you'll feel and they'll help with weight loss as well.

I suggest you should not eat 5 meals per day. Even if thats small ones. Our body is designed to eat 3 proper meals three times a day. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
