well hi! I'm Nikki, I'm 5'5 and rn I way around 154 lbs I believe. And id like to get down to 125. I normally don't watch my weight by number but by how I look. But I've just gained so much weight in the past maybe 6 months and it needs to stop.
I am getting into working out regularly. I work out 5 days a week incorporating running, yoga, and work outs from this app.
My problem is eating right, I have no idea where to start or how Togo about it. If any of y'all know a good day by day meal plan that would be helpful! And maybe a good app to count calorie intake??
