I am having such a hard time with food what I think is healthy shows a lot of carbs and I feel like I am not getting enough protein in any help is appreciated

Try tuna! Also peanut butter, but i think that has a higher fat content. Jerky is good but in high in sodium which is helpful depending on dietary needs. At your next Doctor's appointment he/she may have some tips! :-)

Greek yogurt often has a lot of protein and it's good for all sorts of other reasons! You can always make protein smoothies too.
