Im nervous

I don't know what to eat and how much to eat. Any tips?

I've struggled with my weight my whole life so I get where you're coming from with the nervous part. Obviously you shouldn't eat pizza everyday lol. Lately I've been rawtarian, which is basically vegan and non cooked vegetables and nonroasted nuts, dried berries, things like that :) so its not being stuck on onkly fruits and veggies, you can eat homemade cookies that have cashews, almonds, dates and raw sugar, so they're pretty tasty :). Honestly stsart off slow, but LISTEN to your body. Mostly, your body wants to have vegetables and things that are relatively healthier. Maybe try drinking...
