I love cooking, and I am super keen for any healthy and yummy recipes you can recommend!
I can't eat any kind of seafood as I am allergic, but please, if you know any good recipes, please send them this way.
Grilled Chicken breast seasoned with thyme a little salt, green beans and 3 cocktail tomatoes.
I'm only allergic to seafood so I find it quite easy to fuel my body still.
I'm not currently taking supplements as my diet is already chock full of vitamins and minerals. I'm just bored of the recipes that I have and am super interested in what recipes other people cook as part of a healthy diet.

Do you like stuffed bellpeppers?
Ground turkey (low fat)
Red beans (fresh or from the can just drain and rinse)
Corn ( again fresh or can)
Two Tp chilli power (table spoon sorry i dont know the acronym for these ha)
One Tsp cumin
Green salsa (if you have it) or a couple Tsp of BBQ sauce (made or store bought)
Brown meat then cook in ingredients
Hollow out bellpeppers and stuff put the cap back on. (I like to put a very thine slice of low fat swiss on the top of the cap before i cook them in the oven
Put in oven on 300 for 10 mins or so (tell the bell pepper isnt hard) 10 mins is pretty good though as to the stuffing is already hot before you started cooking them
Take out let cool and enjoy
